The 28 DAY TRANSFORMATION CHALLENGE is €269 €149 – that includes everything, no additional costs or hidden extras, that's 12 sessions for you to get amazing results!
WHEN CAN I START?
Once you've completed payment and attended an intro session you can start right away.
DO I NEED TO BE STRONG & FIT?
No – we'll make sure you're working at a pace that matches your experience and fitness level.
No – we're totally flexible. You can pick any 3 sessions per week that suit you best!
WHAT ARE THE SESSIONS LIKE?
We do full body strength & conditioning sessions with plenty of exercise variations!
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER?
It's your choice – you can become a full member or if you decide we're not for you, we can part ways with no hard feelings.
